Green Pepper Soy Sauce（青こしょう醤油）- 200mL

In Shinshu, there is a custom of marinating freshly harvested green pepper in soy sauce to make a deliciously spicy pepper soy sauce, which is used in all kinds of dishes. This soy sauce is made by marinating Azumino green pepper in mild Shinshu soy sauce. It can be used for dipping, dressing, seasoning, grilled rice balls, and many other dishes.     

Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
