Uses:
Pickling: Best used in small amounts to quickly baste raw fish sashimi, meats and vegetables.
Cooking: Livens up foods when used in pan frying, stews, soups and other dressings, and when mixed with olive oil and other ingredients for use as salad.
Sauces: Makes for delicious sauces for dipping gyoza potstickers, tofu,
vegetables, meats and other foods after cooking.
Condiment: Ideal as a condiment applied sparingly to eggs, noodles, meats and vegetables, other foods after cooking
