This spiced salt is made from miso powder and several kinds of savory vegetables specially made at the miso brewery. The combined red miso paste from the Shinshu Miso warehouse and gyoja garlic a type of edible wild plant from the Shinshu area in Nagano prefecture are the key ingredients of the flavor. It goes well with a variety of foods and dishes, so the usage is endless. We recommend you sprinkle it on grilled meat, or a salad, fried eggs, sausage, or even season the patty of hamburgers, dumplings, or fried chicken.

Uses:
Pickling: Best used in small amounts to quickly baste raw fish sashimi, meats and vegetables.
Cooking: Livens up foods when used in pan frying, stews, soups and other dressings, and when mixed with olive oil and other ingredients for use as salad.
Sauces: Makes for delicious sauces for dipping gyoza potstickers, tofu,
vegetables, meats and other foods after cooking.
Condiment: Ideal as a condiment applied sparingly to eggs, noodles, meats and vegetables, other foods after cooking
