The seaweed (hondawara) is slowly boiled down and the extract is combined with the Sasagawa Nagare No Shio salt to create a rich and flavorful salt.
Store out of direct sunlight and avoid high temperature and humidity.
Uses:
The Mojio Dashi Salt can be used in all kinds of dishes. Our recommended use is in various meat dishes and soups, but we invite you to experiment using this premium salt.
